| 要做好科技期刊工作,必须全面加强党的领导。本文分析了科技期刊出版单位党组织所面临的风险挑战、机遇及党建工作与众不同的特点。科技期刊必须坚决贯彻党管出版的原则,处理好党支部书记与主编的关系,完善党组织参与重大问题决策机制；以党建工作引领业务工作高质量发展,把握方向,为国家战略服务。 |

| It is necessary to comprehensively strengthen the leadership of the party in managingsci-tech journals. This paper analyzed the risks, challenges, opportunities,and unique characteristics of the party amongsci-tech journal publishing units.Sci-tech journals mustfirmly implement the principle that the publishing process must be supervised by the party,establish good relationship between the party branch secretary and the chief editor of sci-tech journals, and perfecting the mechanisms of the party’s participation in decision-making process of major issues insci-tech journals. We should lead a high-quality development of publishing business by the party, aim for the right direction, and serve ournation. |
