| 作为传统工作意义上的编辑,只有实现了由“内向型”向“ 外向型”、“产品”向“品牌”、“在纸”向“在线”、“粗放型”向“精细型”编辑的转 变,才可称为现代意义上的编辑。转变是个动态的概念,所以,科技期刊编辑要完成办刊角 色的转变,不能被动适应,更要主动出击,以求掌握期刊话语权,由“要我变”成为“我要 变”。 |

| Only changing from “the internal orientation” to “the external orientation”, from “the common product” to “the special brand”, from “the paper-based” to “the on-line”, from “the extensive” to “the intensive”, can editors entail their modern meaning. In addition, changing is a dynamic concept; therefore, the active change rather than the passive adaptation is a great challenge for the editors of sci-tech journals. |
